Suzanne Montz Adams
I’m a writer of both fiction and nonfiction and I facilitate writing and expressive arts workshops in the Houston area and at conferences. One of my specialties is working with adolescent girls at risk where I’ve conducted workshops in both private and public schools and in the county juvenile probation office since 2007. For more information on my workshops, please visit my website at http://www.writetothecenter.com. My essays have appeared in numerous journals and magazines including Radical Psychology, Diving in the Moon, Trivia: Voices of Feminism, Brain,Child, and Family Life. I have a degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University and an MA with a concentration in Transformative Language Arts from Goddard College. I’m a former CPA, but have a confession that probably won’t surprise anyone…I’m much happier as a writer. Can you believe it?
